ClientChime stores account, customer, project, request, message, and uploaded photo data to provide the service. Uploaded images are resized and metadata is stripped. SMS opt-outs are retained to honor STOP requests.

We use providers such as Opalstack email, Telnyx SMS when configured, and Stripe billing when configured.
